Aspen Park’s adult ministries seek to provide opportunities for members and guests alike to grow in fellowship and in faith. They are about more than just Bible study; through a variety of activities and events, our ministries work to transform not just ourselves, but also our local community through the love of Jesus.

Men’s ministry

Men's Ministry, lead by the men of our church, will soon kick off another series of fellowships, bible studies, and retreats in pursuit of building up men within our fellowship as well as those outside of our fellowship in pursuit of fulfilling our purpose in life according to God's plan.

All men struggle. Find support and friends here.

Our purpose is to fulfill the scripture;

“As iron sharpens iron, a friend sharpens a friend.”

Proverbs 27:17

If you are seeking direction and purpose for your life as a man socially, physically, and spiritually, come join our ministry as we will grow together along life's journey making a impact on those around us and creating a legacy for the glory of God.

Women’s
ministry

The Women’s Ministry prayerfully reach out to the lost, help those in need, and encourage each other to observe all things commanded by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Women of all ages and backgrounds enjoy encouraging fellowship, Bible study and outreach activities.

Our Women’s Ministry, lead by Debbie Bell, usually focuses on two Bible studies per year, in the Spring and in the Fall.

In April, the women hold an annual Women’s Ministry Conference, a special one-day event with breakfast, lunch, Bible Study, and fellowship.

During the months of November and December, the group coordinates and maintains our Angel Tree. Gifts donated to the Angel Tree go to support the families living at The Spring (formerly DaySpring Villa).

Senior Adult Ministry

Senior Adult ministry is a ministry geared towards those retired or close to retirement looking for ministry opportunities, mission endeavors, mentoring opportunities, fellowship as well as a deeper relationship with God.

Joy Ministries

Joy Ministries, our senior adult ministry group, is a very active ministry that typically holds at least one event per month. Events may vary from potluck luncheons at the church, to day or even weekend trips to local attractions. Potlucks are held most months at 11:30 am on the second Tuesday of the month. Check the church events page to see what Joy Ministries has coming up.

Guests are always welcome at Joy Ministries events! If you see an event that interests you, drop in and join us!

Women on Missions (WMU)

Our “Women On Missions” team, lead by Sandra Bell, is a group of women with a focus on missions while maintaining fellowship for the women involved. Using resources and materials from the Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) as well as their own research and connections, they learn about, discuss, and pray for the mission projects being done in various places all over the world. Every month they discover and share the struggles and successes of missionaries around the globe.

Women on Missions also helps educate the children of Aspen Park about the importance of missions, both local and abroad, promoting a mission-minded focus for the church. Every year they sponsor activities to encourage and support missionary work, including an annual drive to send care packages to soldiers serving overseas.

Women on Missions meets twice a month on the second and fourth Thursday to discuss ministry goals and needs.
