Spending time with my wife of 40 years and of course preaching the word of God.
Ministry Experience:
After graduating from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, it has been my privilege to Pastor in four states, Louisiana, South Carolina, Texas, and Oklahoma over the past thirty five years. In each pastorate God blessed and we have seen and continue to see spiritual growth as well as numerical growth.
A great part of my ministry has been filled with work on Foreign Mission Fields preaching and teaching the work of God. As of now Aspen Park is part of a new church plan in Peru and God is blessing that work greatly. Missions will always be a part of my ministry as I seek to not only lead others, but also be involved in fulfilling the Great Commission.
God has also allowed me to serve in not only the Local work of Southern Baptist but also on the national scale as well. The eight years that I served at the North American Mission Board of Trustees were not only rewarding but also fulfilling.
Billie and I have been at Aspen Park for 20 years and are blessed to be a part of what God is doing in Broken Arrow. I love being a part of a fellowship that thrives on the word of God and I know that as it is preached each Sunday it will find lodging in the hearts of those present.
